<p>Mr. Rubin holds a B.A. from Colorado College, <em>summa cum laude</em>, and a J.D. from the University of Colorado, School of Law.  While receiving his legal education, he served as business manager and editor of the Colorado Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.   Mr. Rubin was formerly an assistant to U.S. Congressman, Timothy E. Wirth.</p>
<p>Mr. Rubin is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.  He is active in the Colorado Mortgage Bankers Association, Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Denver and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.  He is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.   He serves as Vice President of the Hebrew Educational Alliance.</p>

<p>Ms. Perlstein received her B.A., <em>cum laude</em>, in international affairs from the University of Colorado and her J.D. from the University of Denver, School of Law. </p>
<p>Ms. Perlstein is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, and International Council of Shopping Centers.  She was a founding member of the Steering Committee for the Women of Enterprise Real Estate Forum, presented by the University of Denver Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management.  She volunteers her time to The Adoption Exchange on a pro-bono basis, and has been general counsel to The Adoption Exchange since 1992.  The Adoption Exchange facilitates the adoption of special needs children.</p>

<p>Mr. Krishnan has represented medical device manufacturers, telephone companies, competitive access providers, long-distance resellers, microwave and satellite licensees, information service providers, software developers and other high technology firms.  He has provided representation to clients in federal and state regulatory proceedings, in litigation before regulatory agencies, and in the federal and state courts.  His practice also emphasizes representation of new businesses in connection with private debt and equity financing, including preparing private placement memoranda, blue sky filings, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property.  Additionally, Mr. Krishnan coordinates international trademark registrations for U.S. clients.</p>
<p>Mr. Krishnan holds a B.S. from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of Utah, College of Law, where he was a member of the Utah Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif. He served as a law clerk to Justice George E. Lohr of the Colorado Supreme Court.  He has been in private practice for over 15 years.</p>

<p>Dominic Rivers became an associate attorney for Lottner Rubin Fishman Saul in 2008 after clerking for the firm during law school.  Mr. Rivers serves the firm’s litigation and transactional practice groups, with areas of concentration including real estate litigation, commercial litigation, employment litigation, copyright and trademark protection, and the drafting of a variety of commercial agreements.</p>
<p>Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rivers served as a law clerk to the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs, and has worked extensively in the fields of sports law and sports management, including the field of Major League Baseball salary arbitration. </p>
