Alan Lottner is the senior shareholder and director of Lottner Rubin Fishman Saul. He is known for his sophistication and resourcefulness in creating solutions for clients. Mr. Lottner’s career of over 35 years has given him expertise in real estate, financing and transactional business matters and has brought recognition to the firm throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. He represents a number of financial institutions and real estate development companies, as well as homebuilders and other general business clients. Mr. Lottner is a much sought-after lecturer on real estate matters, financing, condominium and PUD development, and business workouts. His perspective on real estate issues in the Rocky Mountain Region is asked for by real estate professionals, lenders, borrowers and other attorneys.
Mr. Lottner holds a B.S. degree from Dickinson College and a J.D. from Union University, Albany Law School, where he graduated cum laude and was an editor of the Law Review. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and the State of New York.
He is a member of the American, Colorado, and Denver Bar Associations. He has been a member of the Fee Dispute Committee of the Colorado Bar Association, the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver and The Listen Foundation, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees of The University of Denver’s Institute for the Study of Israel and the Middle East.
