Janet E. Perlstein

Janet PerlsteinJanet Perlstein, an accomplished real estate and business attorney, joined Lottner Rubin Fishman Saul in 1987.  Ms. Perlstein is a shareholder of the firm, and has considerable experience in the practice of business and real estate law.  She  represents  institutional  lenders  and  commercial  property owners and tenants.  Ms. Perlstein’s practice involves documenting, negotiating and closing commercial loan transactions, purchase and sale transactions and lease agreements, reviewing title matters, and conducting due diligence investigations with respect to acquisition, ownership, leasing, sale and encumbrance of real property.

Ms. Perlstein received her B.A., cum laude, in international affairs from the University of Colorado and her J.D. from the University of Denver, School of Law. 

Ms. Perlstein is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, and International Council of Shopping Centers.  She was a founding member of the Steering Committee for the Women of Enterprise Real Estate Forum, presented by the University of Denver Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management.  She volunteers her time to The Adoption Exchange on a pro-bono basis, and has been general counsel to The Adoption Exchange since 1992.  The Adoption Exchange facilitates the adoption of special needs children.
