Dominic Rivers became an associate attorney for Lottner Rubin Fishman Saul in 2008 after clerking for the firm during law school. Mr. Rivers serves the firm’s litigation and transactional practice groups, with areas of concentration including real estate litigation, commercial litigation, employment litigation, copyright and trademark protection, and the drafting of a variety of commercial agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rivers served as a law clerk to the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs, and has worked extensively in the fields of sports law and sports management, including the field of Major League Baseball salary arbitration.
Mr. Rivers received an A.B. from Vassar College, an M.S. from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and a J.D., Cum Laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where he was an editor of the Suffolk University Law Review. Mr. Rivers also attended the Universityof Denver, Sturm College of Law, on a visiting basis during his final year of law school.
Mr. Rivers is a member of the Denver, Colorado Bar, and American Bar Associations, and the Sports Lawyers Association. He has been admitted to the Colorado Bar, and is licensed to practice in the State of Colorado.
