Rick Rubin is a shareholder of Lottner Rubin Fishman Saul and has practiced in the fields of real estate and corporate law for over 26 years. He represents financial institutions, insurance companies, homebuilders and owners and developers of commercial real property. Mr. Rubin represents clients in matters of acquisitions, sales, loans, leases, foreclosures and title matters. He has substantial experience advising clients in the development of businesses, including financing and development, environmental issues, land use and other governmental matters.
Mr. Rubin holds a B.A. from Colorado College, summa cum laude, and a J.D. from the University of Colorado, School of Law. While receiving his legal education, he served as business manager and editor of the Colorado Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Rubin was formerly an assistant to U.S. Congressman, Timothy E. Wirth.
Mr. Rubin is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. He is active in the Colorado Mortgage Bankers Association, Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Denver and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado. He serves as Vice President of the Hebrew Educational Alliance.
