Richard Saul is a shareholder of Lottner Rubin Fishman Saul and oversees the firm’s taxation practice, which includes tax planning for business organizations, tax planning for business and real estate transactions (including tax-free exchanges), executive compensation matters, estate planning and administration, and representation of tax-exempt entities and charitable organizations. He also represents clients in the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate, venture capital transactions, entity formation and business planning.
Mr. Saul received a B.A. degree from Tufts University, cum laude, and a J.D. from Syracuse University, magna cum laude. Additionally, Mr. Saul holds an L.L.M. in taxation from New York University.
Mr. Saul is licensed to practice in the State of Colorado. He is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. He has been practicing 27 years.
