- Presently representing a builder/vendor in a $4.2 million claim by a homeowners association for construction defects of a 40 building condominium project and the builder/vendors’ subrogation of the claims against the responsible construction professionals.
- Presently representing a builder/vendor in a $14.2 million claim by a homeowners association for construction defects of a 69 building townhome project and the builder/vendors’ subrogation of the claims against the responsible construction professionals.
- Presenting representing a builder/vendor in a $4.5 million claim by a homeowners association for construction defects of a 16 building condominium project and the builder/vendors’ subrogation of the claims against the responsible construction professionals.
- Presently representing a builder/vendor in a $4.1 million claim by a homeowners association for construction defects of a 4 building condominium project and the builder/vendors’ subrogation of the claims against the responsible construction professionals.
- Represented a builder/vendor in a $12.2 million claim by a homeowners association for construction defects involving two mid-rise buildings and the builder/vendors’ subrogation of the claims against the architect and general contractor.
- Represented a builder/vendor in a $3.5 million claim by a homeowners association for construction defects of a condominium project and the builder/vendors’ subrogation of the claims against the architect.
- Represented a builder/vendor in an $11.4 million subrogation claim for construction defects and groundwater intrusion problems of 172 homes against the geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, subcontractors and a reservoir company.
- Represented a builder/vendor in a $5.2 million subrogation claim for construction defects of a 6 unit residential mixed-use building against the architect, general contractor and subcontractors.
